The manifesto
We refuse
the transfer.
For thirty years, “modernization” meant being moved from one locked platform to another — and being billed for the van.
Re-host. Re-platform.
One cell to another.
The bars were
the business model.
So we bent them
into a waveform.

Why we exist
Modernization became a field that stopped asking what the customer actually needed. The roadmap was the vendor’s roadmap. The destination was wherever the lock-in paid best. The honest questions — what does this system actually do, and where should it actually live? — went unasked, because the answers were unprofitable.
PalmDigitalz was founded in 2020 to be the other answer. A platform with no preferred prison: deterministic about what your code does, agnostic about where it goes, and transparent enough that you never have to take our word for anything.
What we hold ourselves to
Six commitments.
The customer’s destination decides.
Not our stack, not our margin, not a partner’s cloud. If the right answer is open microservices, we build that. If it’s SAP, we build that. Target-agnostic isn’t a feature — it’s the founding principle.
Transparency in every deliverable.
Every extracted rule carries the source lines it came from. You can audit our work down to the statement — and you should.
Honest timelines, or no deal.
We would rather lose an engagement than win it with a schedule we don’t believe.
Proof over presentations.
Fewer decks, more demonstrations on your own code. The POC is the pitch.
Your code never leaves.
Sovereign, on-prem, air-gapped if you need it. The work comes to the code, never the reverse.
From the land of legacy.
Built in Chennai — one of the oldest living cities on earth — to make it the world’s hub for modernization.
